Week 1: Setting the Foundation Day 1: Kicked off the challenge with a 30-minute brisk walk and a simple bodyweight circuit. Feeling energized and ready for more! Day 2: Focused on strength training today. Did squats, push-ups, and lunges. Muscles are a bit sore, but it's a good kind of sore. Day 3: Yoga and stretching to improve flexibility and reduce muscle soreness. Feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. Day 4: HIIT workout. Short bursts of intense exercise followed by rest periods.
